Our Promise to You

At Sadienna, we want you to love your shoes. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and dust bags.

Please note: Products marked 'Final Sale' on their product pages can only be returned for store credit; no refunds or exchanges.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Return: Log in to your account or visit our Help Center to start your return or exchange request.
  2. Pack Your Items: Carefully place items in their original shoe box and dust bag. Use a sturdy shipping box to protect your return.
  3. Ship It Back: Use the prepaid return label provided with your order. For international returns, please contact our customer service team.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To ensure you receive your exchange quickly, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order for your desired item.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and in original, sellable condition
  • All original packaging, shoe boxes, and dust bags must be included
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted
  • Made-to-order styles and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Gift cards are non-refundable

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers within 60 days of delivery. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
